Filing a complaint in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection does not implicate any cost and it is not necessary to have a lawyer or attorney present.
- Will we create profiles about you?
Our policy is to not create profiles about the users of our services.
However, situations can occur in which, in order to offer your our services, commercial or any other type, we might need to create profiles of information about you. An example could be the use of your purchasing history or services to be able to offer you products or services adapted to your tastes and needs.
